Commercial Property Solicitor 213 views

Superb role for an ambitious commercial property lawyer to join a thriving national firm in Birmingham city centre.

– Are you looking to join a leading national practice with an excellent reputation for high quality commercial property matters?
– Looking for a position at a firm which is recognised as an employer of choice, with a healthy work/life balance and excellent career prospects?

My client is a leading commercial firm which has continued to thrive despite challenging market conditions, and which has remained extremely busy with high quality real estate work coming into its Birmingham office. Despite calling on additional resource in other offices the level of instructions has reached a level where the firm is now looking to bolster its team with the recruitment of another commercial property solicitor into its Legal 500-ranked team.

With between 0-3yrs PQE you will be joining a busy department headed up by recognised specialists within the real estate discipline and will be gaining exposure to a broad range of high quality work, including development matters, acquisitions and disposals, lease negotiations and renewals and also corporate support matters, as the firm’s other transactional teams also remain extremely busy. The client base includes blue-chips, international PLCs, construction companies and developers, thus the deals you will be working on will be those at the very top end of the market and require a highly-skilled technical lawyer with strong attention to detail.

It is likely that you will have built up your experience within a leading international, national or recognised legal heavyweight and will be now looking to progress your career within a firm which offers excellent scope for advancement, with many of the existing partnership being ‘homegrown’. Remuneration is at the top end of the market and should attract the very best talent in the locality.
