Commercial Litigation Associate – Flexible Working 1 view

Seeking the flexibility usually found in a consultancy role, but not quite sure that route is for you? Try this:-

– NO BILLING TARGETS
– TRULY FLEXIBLE WORKING
– BONUS BASED ON MATTERS INTRODUCED
– HIGH QUALITY WORK
– ATTRACTIVE SALARY PACKAGE ? NOT A VIRTUAL LAW FIRM!

My client is a highly-regarded and thriving practice with an excellent reputation in the commercial litigation market. The firm action behalf of large national and international clients on top calibre work, often with prominent City firms on the other side.

The practice has gone from strength to strength in recent years due to a combination of high quality hires and a burgeoning reputation as the go-to firm for commercial litigation advice across areas such as dispute resolution, professional negligence, compliance, insolvency and fraud. With a genuinely client-led approach to the law, the firm has jettisoned billing targets and instead focuses solely on the quality of its advice and satisfaction of clients, which has resulted in impressive growth and shows no signs of slowing down.

Due to this growth the firm is now seeking to recruit an senior level litigator with a broad range of experience who shares its philosophy. Working as part of a team, the firm is able to offer excellent levels of flexibility on working arrangements, top quality work and clients, above market rate bonus structure and a competitive salary. There is no requirement to bring a following – the work is there – although candidates who can bring in clients can expect to be well-rewarded for doing so.

This should be an excellent opportunity for anyone who is considering a move but either finding a lack of following inhibiting their search, or for candidates considering the benefits of a virtual law firm or consultancy arrangement but not able to gamble on the loss of a guaranteed salary.
