Exceptional opportunity for an agricultural law specialist to join a thriving Legal 500 practice.
My client is a leading regional heavyweight which enjoys an excellent reputation for its real estate offering, particularly within the agricultural sector where it provides high quality advice to a well-established client base.
The firm is ideally seeking to recruit an experienced agriculture law specialist to take on a key role within the team, advising on matters such as acquisitions and disposals of agricultural property, farming tenancy agreements, estate management and also provide support to other teams on transactions with an agricultural element or consideration. You may also have the opportunity to advise generally on more general real estate matters such as landlord and tenant work, development and property finance, though the agricultural focus of the role will be the most crucial.
You will be either an experienced agricultural property lawyer, capable of working without direct supervision, or the firm may also consider applicants with less experience on the agricultural front who are looking to diversify their experience into the farming sector. As such the role is likely to be most suited to candidates of circa 5+yr PQE if working unsupervised (or 3yr if requiring supervision) and who have a good understanding of the agriculture market overall – those with a farming background may be of particular interest.
Remuneration is highly competitive and will be dependent upon proven ability and relevance of experience to the agricultural or commercial property fields.
